Todays question to Coach Catasha (ACC) asks: am I addicted to sex? People commonly throw around the term ‘sex addiction,’ but it does not mean what most people think it means. Addictions can be terrifying for the person experiencing it and also for the family and friends. This class will talk about the one true sign of sex addiction and when to seek treatment. Having a high sexual libido does not equate to sex addiction, and we should praise it instead of shaming it.
