There are so many things that can throw your sexuality into a tailspin. Children, work, and energy are the most common causes of a decrease in sexual desire. Nurturing your sexuality is an important part of your mental health. You are designed to seek affection, and to be desired. If that chemical need is not met, it could potentially affect other parts of your mental, and even your physical health! We will explore exactly what defining your sexuality is, as well as, tips and tricks on how to channel it! This class will cover how to get your groove back by prioritizing your sexuality.
